New Full Time Enrollment Process for 2012-13!
National Connections Academy has a new enrollment process for full-time students. The first step is to
start the online enrollment application here. Then, call us at 877-804-6222, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m.–6 p.m. ET.
In addition to completing your online application, we will ask
you to provide additional documentation for your student(s). You
should be prepared to provide to us:
- Verification of Age. Each student must provide a copy of a birth certificate, U.S. passport or the student’s driver’s license.
- Academic Information.
Each student much submit unofficial school records, report cards or
other academic records to ensure we can place the student in the
appropriate grade/courses.
- Enrollment Notification and Records Request Form. This form will be provided to you during the enrollment process and must be completed, signed and returned to complete enrollment.
